Which data are recorded, processed and used?
When registering with or contacting v. Rundstedt & Partner GmbH via its website you will be requested to provide us with personal data such as name, e-mail address and telephone number. You are, of course, at liberty to withhold this data. In this case, however, v. Rundstedt & Partner GmbH will not always be able to provide you with the products, services or information you require.
Technically required data
For technical reasons, when a website is visited, information on IP address, referring URL, date, time, browser version and operating system used is stored in the server’s own log files. This data is required for technical reasons and in no way assigned to individual persons. Evaluation is performed only in the form of anonymous statistics (see Google Analytics).

v. Rundstedt & Partner GmbH collects, processes and uses personal data only to the extent required for the services offered and their implementation or for technical administration purposes. Your personal data are only processed and used within the von Rundstedt Group.
The von Rundstedt Group comprises v. Rundstedt & Partner GmbH and its subsidiaries von Rundstedt Executive Search GmbH and Rundstedt Transfer GmbH. Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties outside the von Rundstedt Group. Furthermore, von Rundstedt uses personal data for purposes other than those previously defined in the input field if the need arises, provided you give your consent.
Which data are used for the von Rundstedt newsletter?
You can subscribe to our newsletter via the von Rundstedt website. In the course of registering your subscription, we record your personal data such as name and e-mail address. We use this data solely for the purpose of addressing you personally and for e-mailing. We do not disclose any of your personal data to third parties. In order to prevent the misuse of e-mail addresses, subscribers must confirm the ordering of our newsletter through an automatic process via e-mail (double-opt-in procedure).
We perform anonymised link tracking for statistical purposes. The tracing of individual recipients is not possible. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
